Here at Autino, we are constantly working to improve our products, how they work and how they deliver for your business. This drive led us to create CarVue, a cloud-based automotive workshop and sales management system. The CarVue application is constantly evolving with new features and functionality being delivered on a regular basis. This means you never have to worry about upgrading or maintaining your garage management system: we handle that for you.
Over the past 12 months, we have been striving to improve how CarVue is delivered to you. We are making some major improvements to how you pay for CarVue and in order to maintain access to CarVue, we’ll need you to update our new payment portal. Please access PayPal via the process below and confirm or update your payment details.
New Payment Process
Step 1. Login to CarVue.
Step 2. Select ‘Renew’ at the top of the page.
Step 3. Choose a price plan, payment schedule and complete your billing address.
Step 4. Confirm the value, enter an e-mail address and click the PayPal button.
Step 5. Log in to PayPal if you have an account already or create an account.
Step 6. Review your payment details.
Step 7. Having confirmed your method, you will be returned to CarVue.

FAQ
Q: How long do I have to update my payment details?
A: We ask that you complete the steps above by the 14th April 2018. You will be issued an invoice in accordance with the payment plan you have selected and payment will be taken on the same day to the value of the invoice. If you have selected a monthly plan this will recur monthly.
Q: What if I cannot update my payment details?
A: You have until 14th April 2018 to update your details via the process above. If you have any difficulty with this, feel free to contact us via any of the methods shown on www.carvue.com/support and we will assist you.
Q: What happens if I do not update my payment details by the 14th April 2018?
A: If you have not provided your payment details by this date, then we will attempt to contact you over the next 10 working days to obtain these from you. CarVue remains open for you to use during this period.
If, by the end of this period, we have still not been able to update the system, then you will not be able to access CarVue. Your data will still be there, but your access to the system will be locked until we receive payment details. In this case, please contact us via any of the methods shown on www.carvue.com/support and we will assist you. As soon as this is updated, you will have immediate access to CarVue.
Q: I have not had any payment taken for a few months now, why has this happened?
A: We needed to temporarily halt the current way you pay for CarVue while we developed the new system with our payment provider. We have kept the system open to you as we transitioned to the new method. Now this system is ready, we need to confirm your payment details.
Q: What about the payment amounts that have not been taken during this period?
A: As we needed to temporarily halt payments as the update was carried out, provided you update your details in our new payment provider then we will not be pursuing these amounts.
New for 2018 is the option to pay for 12 months in advance.
By paying for 12 months in advance you will receive a significant discount on the monthly price.
