To generate a new quote or schedule a new job, follow these easy steps...
We've made this button super accessible - you can find the Make a booking button in the top-left on any screen in CarVue.

Search for an existing vehicle and its linked customer and select from the list. If the vehicle you're looking for hasn't been added to CarVue yet, click Vehicle Lookup.

Or search by customer to find their linked vehicle. If the customer you're looking for hasn't been added to CarVue yet, click Add Manually.

Select the following details as needed for your quote or job:

Select the date of the booking using the calendar (required).
Select the time of the booking (required).
Enter the Estimated hours to help with scheduling.
Select the Repair type from the drop-down menu.
Select the Bay to show where the vehicle will be worked on.
Select the Technician and/or Advisor.
Select the Courtesy type for this booking.
Select the Status of this booking.
If the customer agrees to being contacted for marketing purposes, record their approval here.
Now that all of the details have been added for the booking, click Create Quote to be able to provide the customer with a price, or click Create Job to start adding repairs to a job card.
And that's your booking created! Now that the booking is in CarVue, you can do any of the following:
