Sending an invoice, a quote or other documents by email

You already know that processing jobs and sales, then producing invoices is easy enough in CarVue.

Well now we've just made getting that valuable invoice off to your customer that little bit easier and quicker: we've got a fantastic feature to email the invoice to your customer directly from the Invoice module...

From your invoice or purchase order click on the Email option.

Or from a quote or a job card, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and use the Email drop-down menu to select what you want to email.

Then fill out recipient name, check the email address and subject line, write a text and click Send.

And that's your invoice emailed. Simple, right?
