Viewing reports in CarVue

We've made sure you have easy access to your garage's data and performance reports. Under the Reports tab in the main menu you'll find:

Workshop

See how your workshop is performing based on jobs completed or invoiced value.
Sales

A range of reports so you can see how your vehicle sales are performing overall, which vehicle makes and models are being purchased and sold, and how your enquiries are received.
Products

Quickly see the total value of products being invoiced and purchased each month, and which products are at the top of each list - helping you make purchasing and inventory decisions. You can also run an inventory stock check from here to see the total value of what you have on hand.
Vehicles

Send a reminder to your customers and plan your upcoming work based on MOT and Service due dates.
Accounts

This dashboard gives you a summary of the past seven months. Click on any of the green quicklinks to view a more detailed report or export your invoices and purchases to a CSV file.

Each report varies, but here's an example of the features available to you in each report.

Use the drop-down menus under Options to change the report type or select the data parameters. When selecting a date range you'll need to click the Search button to update the report.
A visual chart displays the data selected. Hover over a point on the chart to see details.
Click to print the chart or export it as an image.
Click any items listed in the legend to toggle it on and off.
At the bottom of the screen the same data is presented in table format. Click a column heading to re-sort the table by another value (by default the table is sorted by Name) or click one of the green quicklinks to view more details.
Click to download the table in CSV format.
