If you see a "Password required" message, it could be that the wrong password has been entered. Double check what you've entered, and if necessary, reset your password.
Sometimes it can be as simple as deleting your web browser cookies.
Please also note that we only support the later versions of Internet Explorer. You can read more about which browsers we support here.
Have you booked the demo and created an account? If not, you won't be able to log-in
If you have already registered, check that you have typed in your email address correctly, and then retry logging in.
